If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we welcome you to return new products for a full refund to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns that are made between 31-60 days after delivery are eligible for online credit. All returns require proof of purchase.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Opened or used items.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Return an Item

Step-by-Step Process
  1. Request a Return Authorization: Contact our customer service team at info@demuskstore.com to request a return authorization and return label. Ensure you obtain a return label from De Musk Store to qualify for a free return.
  2. Prepare Your Return Package: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. Affix the provided return label to the package.
  3. Ship Your Return: Drop off your return package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup if applicable. De Musk Store covers the shipping costs for approved returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, De Musk Store reserves the right to refuse the return, and the items will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Credit or Debit Card: Refund to the original card used for purchase.
  • PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account.
  • Klarna or Afterpay: Refund to your Klarna or Afterpay account.
  • De Musk Gift Card or Online Credit: Refund to an online credit that can be used at De Musk Store.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.

7. Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team. Gift returns will be processed as store credit or exchanged for another item of equal value.

8. International Returns

For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for further instructions and to obtain a return authorization.

9. Return Shipping Instructions

All return shipping labels provided by De Musk Store are pre-paid and must be used within the specified timeframe. Unauthorized returns or returns sent without a valid return label may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at De Musk Store’s discretion. If a return is not approved by De Musk Store for any reason, the item may not be returned to you.
