Free Shipping (On eligible purchases)

2. Shipping Details

Standard Shipping: De Musk Store offers standard shipping across EU and UK on all orders. Most standard shipments are delivered within 4-10 business days, depending on your location.

Expedited and Priority Shipping: For faster delivery, expedited and priority shipping options are available at additional costs and specific products only. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination and customs processing times.

Gift Cards:

  • Physical Gift Cards: Shipped for free using standard shipping (4-6 business days)
  • eGift Cards: Delivered instantly via email

3. Shipping Restrictions

Hazardous Items: Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover), are restricted from air transport due to regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only. This may affect delivery times.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses:

  • P.O. Boxes: Standard shipping via USPS is available. Expedited shipping is not available.
  • APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: Standard shipping via USPS Priority is available. Delivery may take up to 21 days due to military handling times.

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order through the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

5. Multiple Shipments

To ensure efficient delivery, your order may be split into multiple shipments based on inventory availability. There are no additional shipping fees for multiple shipments. You will receive email notifications for each shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Parcel Forwarding Services: De Musk Store is not responsible for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs when using a parcel forwarding service. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders delivered to a forwarding service.

7. Business Days & Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff time on Friday will be processed the following business day.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently do not offer shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
